How does it work?

  • Self-collection: Perform the capillary micro-sampling from your fingertip at home using the MiTRA® device.
  • Shipping to the laboratory: Place the device in the protective case and send it using the included prepaid envelope. Dried blood technology ensures antibody stability at room temperature without the need for refrigerated shipping.
  • Analysis and reporting: The laboratory performs the multiplex ELISA assay. The interpreted report with reactivity levels will be available online within 2–3 weeks.

Why choose?

  • Broad-spectrum mapping: Simultaneous analysis of 220 foods from a single, simple finger-prick sample.
  • MiTRA dried blood technology: Eliminates the need for traditional venous blood draws (venipuncture) and cold chain management during transport.
  • CE-IVD Quality Standards: Developed and analyzed on platforms certified for in vitro diagnostic use (not for research use only / RUO).
  • Objective guidance for professionals: Provides reproducible data useful for nutritionists and dietitians to structure personalized dietary plans.

Who is it for?

  • People with recurring digestive symptoms (bloating, abdominal tension, bowel irregularities) or extra-digestive symptoms (fatigue, headaches) related to food intake.
  • Those intending to undertake an elimination or rotation diet under the supervision of a nutrition expert.
  • Patients who have already ruled out celiac disease, IgE-mediated allergies, and major organic pathological causes, but continue to experience meal-related discomfort.
  • Nutritionist biologists, dietitians, and physicians seeking an analytical parameter to support the personalization of dietary plans.

Disclaimer

  • Nature of the test and distinction from allergies: The test measures the levels of specific IgG antibodies to foods and constitutes an analytical investigation for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) use. The test is not a test for the diagnosis of IgE-mediated food allergies (which require prick tests or RAST) nor for the diagnosis of celiac disease.
  • Support for dietary guidance: The test results represent a cognitive support tool for nutritional guidance. The potential presence of IgG antibody reactivity to a food does not in itself constitute an automatic diagnosis of a pathology or "permanent intolerance" and does not justify the autonomous elimination of entire food groups.
  • Healthcare professional supervision: The interpretation of the report and the potential setting of an elimination diet and subsequent reintroduction (rotation diets) must be carried out exclusively with the support of a doctor, nutritionist, or dietitian, in order to avoid nutritional deficiencies or dietary imbalances lacking clinical foundation.
